POSITION SUMMARY:
PACE is seeking an experienced and well-rounded Accounting Manager to join the organization and team! This is a great opportunity for those looking to enter the non-profit sector or continue growth. The Accounting Manager position will be responsible for assisting the Controller, overseeing staff, contracts, and becoming part of the accounting team which may involve but limited to: grant accounting and reporting, allocations of shared costs, budget development, ensuring compliance with Uniform Administrative Requirements and contract terms and conditions. This is all performed while verifying the integrity and accuracy of financial operations, safeguarding organizational assets, and developing efficient business processes. The Accounting Manager is also responsible for overseeing certain contracts as it relates to financial reporting, leading strategic planning for accounting policies and maintaining internal controls over financial transactions.
